本計畫針對設施內穴盤有機蔬菜栽培,研製一套收穫與栽植系統,包含行走部、挖掘部、柵狀鏈條輸送部、夾持輸送部、集貨部等五大作業部,可自動收起穴盤、整列及蔬菜採收,且利用同一主機可自動完成穴盤之舖植排放作業,能有效節省勞力,達到省工目的。
This project is to develop a harvesting and planting system for the harvest of plug organic vegetables, which is comprised of 5 major parts of operation, including a walking section, an excavation section, a gridded chain transmission section, a clamping transmission section, and a consolidation section, which can automatically close the plug, arrange rows, and harvest vegetables. Besides, the operation of laying plants onto the plug can be automatically conducted by the same machine, which can achieve the goal of saving labor.
