Plantation Machine for Pineapple

　　本計畫設計開發一台承載式半自動鳳梨種植機械，主要架構包含傳動機構、盛苗轉盤、種植機構與覆土鎮壓機構；以80 馬力曳引機為原動機，種植機長寬高為150*130*120 cm，全重180 kg；適用於寬度100 cm 畦面上種植兩行鳳梨幼苗，植株行距50 cm，株距可調整，範圍為30、32、34 及36 cm 四種。該機由兩人操作，一人負責種植，另一人管理鳳梨苗兼任駕駛，其作業所需人力只原先20%，可降低總生產成本，促進臺灣地區鳳梨種植栽培之機械化，解決農村勞力缺乏的問題。

　　This project is designed to develop mounted type semi-automatic pineapple planting machines, the main structure of which includes a transmission mechanism, seedling loading turntable, planting mechanism, and soil covering and suppressing mechanism; the 80-hp tractor is used as the driving force；the planting machine is 150*130*120 cm in length, width, and height, and weighs 180 kg. It is suitable for planting two rows of pineapple seedlings on a 100 cm wide strip with a 50 cm plant span. The span between plants is adjustable, with a range of 30, 32, 34, and 36 cm. The machine is operated by two people, one for planting, and the other for managing the pineapple seedlings as well as driving. The operation required only 20% of original manpower, which can reduce the total production cost, promote the mechanization of pineapple planting in Taiwan, and solve the problem of labor shortage in rural areas.
