  本研究考量落花生最適化之乾燥模式及省工化設計,以二段式乾燥方法,將落花生含水率由50%快速下降至10%,可縮短乾燥時間至1日(24小時)之內。108 年度已初步完成乾燥系統之建立與試驗,並完成落花生乾燥中心之規劃,109度進行落花生最適化乾燥模式的建立與試驗。

  This study considers the most suitable drying mode and labor-saving design of peanut. The two-stage drying method is used to rapidly reduce the moisture content of peanut from 50% to 10%, which shortens the drying time to less than 1 day(24 hours). The establishment and testing of the drying system have been done initially in 2019, and also the plan of drying center for peanut. Besides, the establishment and testing of optimal drying mode of peanut have been carried out in 2020.
