  臺灣鳳梨從種植到採收皆需耗費大量人工,產業卻面臨高齡化及缺工之影響。本計畫所研製之鳳梨選果採收機,具備緊急停止按鈕、手煞車連動裝置、按鈕式油壓升降機構、雙層集運平台及卸貨斜板等功能,讓採收人員於收穫作業更加流暢且安全。本商品機作業效率大約人工的5倍,可減輕採收與集運鳳梨所需之行走、揹負等作業勞力負擔,並降低採收成本約20%,可提高農民投入產業意願及產業競爭力。

  The pineapple industry in Taiwan requires manpower from planting to harvesting, but the industry is facing the effects of aging and labor shortage. The pineapple sorting harvester developed in this project is equipped with an emergency stop button, hand brake linkage device, push-button hydraulic lift mechanism, double-layer consolidation platform, and unloading ramp to make harvesting operations smoother and safer. The machine's operating efficiency is approximately 5 times that of manpower, which can reduce the burden of walking and carrying when pineapples are collected and consolidated. In addition, the machine can reduce the cost of collection by roughly 20%, which can increase farmers' willingness to engage in the industry and competitiveness of the industry.
